Hiya guys,
So recently I've developed more and more of an interest in TikTok. It seems like the whole app has blown up and there's a lot of money to be made from it, before it's milked to shit like most other social media.
Today, whilst casually browsing around Blackhat, I found a thread talking about a TikTok bot. This sparked my interest and sort of lead to an idea I had considered before, but was not definately going to pursue. This was - multiple accounts on TikTok (the bot allows up to 5 in the plan I'm going to choose) doing relatively similar , but at the same time different approaches to making money.
Please note, that I'm only in the planning stage, so I can't say everything for sure, but I wanted to update you guys on the conclusions that I've come to after a little research:
1) Niches - I have 5 accounts to potentially use, thus 5 niches. Currently, I've only come up with 3 solid ones and 1 semi-solid one: Makeup/beauty, gaming, business/entrepreneurship and the semi-solid one being music.
2) Populating and branding the accounts - All of the accounts have supposed names linked to them. The makeup one will be Patrisha, gaming and business will be Thomas (yes that is my name that why I chose it lol). Patrisha is my girlfriends name - yes I'm unoriginal. Nonetheless, I feel like associating an account with a name sorta creates this bond between viewer and publisher. Just my cup of tea, not sure if it'll work or not. For the "population" of the acounts, I'm thinking of purchasing followers. A lot easier to convice people to follow you if you have 1k or 5k followers rather than 0. Just a lil boost since I'm willing to input some capital into this.
3) Traffic - As mentioned before, I'll be using a TikTok bot I found here on BHW. It uses the follow/unfollow strat, also likes etc. Able to scrape certain accounts, so I can somewhat target my audience. Here is the link to the bot I'm talking about: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/civitrix-tiktok-bot.1245371/ . Around $19 per month, so I have to make that or more to the profitable, if I don't count in the follower price. Best price I found for followers was on SEOCLERK, which was $5 for 1000 or $35 for 5000. Will most likely go with the 1k, since I have 4 accounts to do.
4) Monetization - This is probably the most fun part, but also the one that'll take up most of my time. So, for the beauty/makeup and gaming account, I'm going to be making a fake giveaway. I paid a person on Fiverr $11 to make a HTML/CSS website for me that is giving away makeup products, allows to enter a tiktok username and has a confirm button. Once the confirm button is clicked, it leads to a "Human Verification" process, which is just a content-locker type beat that makes them complete a survey or something. Haven't really figured this out, since I haven't got the HTML/CSS files yet and I'm going step by step. Hosting and domain on Namecheap for 1.44/mo billed per year, so around $17 and the domain for around $9. Once I have the HTML/CSS file, I'll change around the color scheme, change the text and the images in the giveaway item selector to fit the gaming niche. For the business account, I'll be promoting affiliate offers from Warrior Plus, they have good payouts. For the music account - I'm not 100% sure yet, but I'm thinking of promoting Masterclass, since they have the best payouts (25% RevShare) and promote a specific music making program. Also considering doing shout outs on the TikTok via PayPal, but that's only if I gain an actual following, rather than just the fake followers. Not sure how that'll work. Nonetheless, I have most faith in makeup/beauty, gaming and business, so the music one is just there because I have the space for it on the bot.
5) Content - For content, I'll simply be reposting for most of the accounts. Gaming and beauty niche - indefinately. I don't have a lot of knowledge in makeup, I'm not gonna be doing makeup myself. Furthermore, I don't even have a PC to make gaming esque TikToks. For business, I'm thinking of resposting some videos with results - meaning that I will post videos flexing money (lol). That'll be doable via inspect element on Chrome or my actual results. Prolly mix in some travel videos or other luxury items just for more posts.
If you've read this far - thanks for taking an interest. I know many of us here consider TikTok as a very viable, yet unmilked source of traffic and thus income, so I want to test myself and see what I can do with it. If you have any suggestions or questions, do let me know in the comments or DM me, I very much so enjoy interacting with the BHW community.
Kind regards,
Thomas
