After curating campaigns for years, I notice something huge - positioning of distribution is key.
Ideas are worthless, distribution and positioning for scale is everything else.
I have had clients come with the same issue for my agency as well, being taken over by people with superb link building/branding/domain name - which eventually beat their local stores through holding brand generic terms.
Which lead me to wonder, why can’t I do that too?
Will start link building for 3 websites, some for clients, some for myself.
And probably will start the other projects, to build links over the timeframe.
Intent of it is to put my database into usage, make some money from it as well as client link building.
And since I can scale outreach, the factor that moves the needle for me is knowing the content angle that works for link building. I’ll worry about monetisation later on, or leave it to my partner.
