After my ban at Day 4 i contacted the Instagram support. Atfer a few days and a few emails i got my Account in the last Days back.
I followed manually ~100 People/hour. Got in ~4 Days +1700 Follows on this Account. No Follow-block or something else.. :question:
Posted 2-4 Pictures a day and getting about 100-250 Likes per picture.
I set my new Goal for this week to 5.000 Follower.
Sorry for this late update but this weekend i was at my girlfriend and i didnt move my laptop to her

How did you retrieve back and what did they asked for ?
Also you contacted their email support ?

thank you for replying to my journey.
I contacted them on threir Support. After that i got an email. I must Send them a picture of me with a paper with some numbers and letters.
That must i send them. After that they reactivated my Account and i must only must click on a new activation link which i got in another email.
