JOURNEY from a poor city to a winner

hello I'm a 23 year old boy I live in a poor city I earn 300 euros a month with hard work

I have been informing myself and practicing website construction and marketing strategies extrapolated from affiliate marketing and dropshipping for years
I have a good knowledge of tiktok used for some of my dropshipping stores
i practiced heavy black hat not worth it if you dont have a good budget
Good knowledge of PCs and IT

Now I have decided to start with my new business idea

Dropservicing
Website creation + paid logo and marketing strategies
to offline local business which has no website or bad rank in google maps

plan :

- Create simple and professional logo and website

- start collecting emails from online businesses that don't have a website in my country, they can also be outside my city

- start a cold email marketing campaign

- start growing a social profile facebook and instagram
for some social proof

-offer free limited-time support
with additional costs for each revision
imagine you have 10 customer sites that have a restaurant and all 10 need to update the menu for a special event
even at 30 euros it's still money

I also have the possibility to grow offline marketing by personally promoting my service in the activities of my locality but I don't know if this is a good strategy
I also have the ability to find lists of emails and numbers from my country but I don't know the valid rate, how high it can be
I usually used them for spamming

I thought about using siteground as host, an offer of 29 euros a year + 6 euros for domain
+40 for building the sites when I can't manage and build the sites myself

which leads to 75 total spending
for a proposed price of 150 website+50 logos

if you know a good tool to collect emails
and if you have any advice I'm ready to listen to you and learn from people much more experienced than me

I spoke to a person I know who has a very popular shop in my area
and coming to the speech of the website and it turns out that it has professional hosting and domain but the site still has the default wordpress page XD
he asked me if I can help him in the creation
I told him yes
I'll create the site for him for free in exchange for advertising in his shop and a small advertising space on his website
I don't know whether to make a banner or a small section

man I've been working for years creating projects that then fail for various reasons
losing money that I could have kept

the worst part I would say is getting up and trying again

i use jasper or chatgpt for the written content i think it doesn't give problems with the google antibot if i change some words

hello guys and it's been a while since I wrote, I had lost motivation and fell trapped in my usual routine
I've done some evaluations and my strategy requires time and budget
by informing myself locally, I understood that I have to start with something smaller to accumulate the budget to be able to live, leave my 300-euro job and start investing in my business that I intend to build


this is the new plan

I work on two businesses

long term

- a youtube channel where I post video edits of phonk music I'm a good listener of music and I noticed that this musical genre is very listened to
if you have any tips on how to attract more views and likes
for now I have published two videos, one of which finished in 6th place in the search for the name of the song but despite this I am still at 5 visuals XD

shorter term

-affiliate marketing on facebook groups
I've seen some guides on the site and I'm trying this methodology
the first thing I observed
that earnings will be low through amazon and aliexpress affiliate links respectively
there will be difficulties in banning accounts in case of link posts in the various group posts
but the traffic won't be cold as I'm looking for facebook groups closely related to my product niche
so the conversion rate should be higher

i will need many facebook accounts to work with
I think I'll buy a dozen
and see how it goes

and me that i have good logic and problem solving i have to clean toilet at restaurant for live

I just finished signing up for the aliexpress affiliate program
waiting for confirmation I hope not to have problems as the facebook account used is not with my name
but I specified that it is an account of a colleague with I do network
aliexpress dont hate me XD

LITTLE TIPS
I had problems with PC registration as the form remained blocked in the third step where the code is entered via email
I solved it by changing the device and completing the registration with my smartphone

Now I'm going to search for active facebook groups, sign up and test engagement with a few simple posts

Most of the people start with limited resources. But one should never give up.

Do you really need to pay extra 40 for website design? It is very easy to do on your own with wordpress. Many free tutorial online including on BHW.

finally guys after a day and a half of waiting
i got approved in aliexpress affiliates
I would say simple to say that I didn't even put a facebook group in the registration form

now we move on to the real action I found a nice product
and I added some groups related to the product in question I think that tonight I will launch the first affiliate post to see the engagement of the groups and we will wait for tomorrow

tomorrow I will provide myself with many aged facebook accounts and related proxies

I'd say :

-15 facebook accounts

-proxy


HOW I DO THE PRODUCT SEARCH

keep it simple
I use the methods that I used in the past when doing dropshipping
searching tiktok for viral videos with products that could potentially be interesting
or search directly on aliexpress
