This journey isnt some groundbreaking new idea. In fact its an old tried and tested method. I build free wordpress websites for people if they switch their hosting over to me or my partner hosting company (affiliate via dreamhost). So here we go.
The FREE website offer + upsells
I am going to offer people a free wordpress website if they switch their hosting over to me. Now I thought long and hard about this and I believe this way is the best way. I decided I will buy a shared hosting plan for $8 a month. For all people who only choose the free package from me I will charge them $95 a year for hosting. This hosting plan will host all my clients websites who choose the free website package from me. For those who purchase a larger package (upsell) I will have them use my affiliate link and ill make a one time payment of $97 from them. I figured those who are getting a larger site will want a little more control. The ones who are just getting a free site they will never even think about needing to mess with the hosting of it. If for some reason they need something done I can do it. I am getting $95 a year from them.

Ok so I've read a method on here about searching google for "powered by yahoo hosting!" "city". So I did that for my city and a few cities around. I got around 300 emails total. besides that I have about 2400 emails from people I know, events I put together or emails I got with a CC filled with emails (I always keep them lol).
Now I have about 2700 emails to use to kick start this journey. I have a YMLP account that I used to email everyone.
1. I emailed this script. (feel free to suggest a better one. I would actually like to hear about if I could make it better.)
So that was my initial email blast to everyone. 1 hour later here are the results.
23 people have emailed me back and every single one of them seemed very excited about my offer.
My next reply to them consisted of this script. (again please suggest something better if you can)
I also included a word document with all the upsell info. Here is what it said. (suggest anything to make it better)
Thats it so far!. I have 23 VERY interested people so far. So lets do the math.
23 x $97 = $2231 per year or $185 a month I will make Just for making a wordpress website that will take me about 15 min per site to make. Now dont forget some people will want a upgraded package!.
And this is only 1 hour after I sent my email blast! I have a really really good feeling about this journey. Anyway I will update you in a few days. I will also answer any questions you might have.
