Hi all,

I have a domain ranking in top3 positions for most of my target keywords and I thought to myself, "What if I rank for all top 3?". So here we are - repeating the rinse.

This site is a local business with profits per sale at about $100 USD but the downside is I'll be talking to the clients and sealing the deal while my buddies go ahead and complete the physical job. All systems is in place and I'm trying to bring it to the next level by dominating the SERPs for my keyword. All leads generated by the new site will be contacting me either via email or a new phone number that has been set aside for this project so there is a tracking mechanism in place and not to be confused with the old site.

Currently the site has about 6 articles with approximately 4k words and I'm thinking of letting it age a bit before starting on backlinks. I have also linked the already ranked domain to the new domain, and the results are awesome.

Some issues I am facing right now - Google showing this on search console

I think I gotta wait it out for Google to index these pages before I start my link building campaign.

So less articles and already in top3, how you get the content?

Some keywords in local business have practically 0 competition, other businesses are either cheap and saving on SEO efforts or the website is there but no SEO done to them.

Update 1

So far this site has generated 2 leads for me but I've failed to close them.

Waiting to get out of the damn sandbox and just paid for a guest post at $218 today and pointing to inner page with the main keyword on position 6 but local keyword volume of 30.
