Hi
I suffer like most people from the problem of procrastination... but I cross the line too much, I mean I can't study for two hours a day even though I'm a medical studentas a result of this I always study hard in 3 days before the exam (plus I don't sleep well) and in the end, I barely pass the Test
But that will change from today, I have about a week to prepare for the exam and I plan to study about 12 hours a day all thanks to my procrastination:), but what's the point of looking at the past, all I care about now is the present.... I'll discipline this week (no games, no movies, no More...until I finish my work) I hope you will join me on my journey, it is not a necessity that studying is the goal ....procrastination is the biggest enemy of any success

N. B: English is not my first language so sorry for the terrible formatting

Pomodoro technique has always worked for me. When it comes to any self study the benefit curve falls off pretty heavily after 25-40 mins or active study. A quick break for 5 mins lets you stay at the peak of the curve, its super effective.

12 hours normal study = 4 hours of pomodoro study easily if not less.

well, i just had an exam 3 days ago, had the same tehnique, 1 week before the examen i studied , well not 12 hours but 4-5 hours a day.
good way for personal growth
