Google claimed all sorts of things in the court, in order to not pay him and I think Google won the case. Yes, all is verified. I am not sure if its a matter of weeks. One of my accounts have been limited since July. So its been 4 months and today I took a look and its still limited.

About suing: In Germany people are quite protected. I am pretty sure there would be some consequences. Chances are good I think. It doesn't if its a billion dollar company or a small shop owner. From my experience they are not biased.

Aren't you supposed to only have a single admob account lol are you sure owning more than one admob accounts is not the reason you are limited.

A private one and one in the name of the company. Also, if you have friends or family, you can sign up in their name.
 
Sounds shady from google. Lets see how this will turn out for you.
I heard similiar things from big amazon affiliate partners. They pause your account and wait until the payment to terminate it before

Okay guys, we are at it again:

"After a recent review, we found that your app XYZ (xyz) is not compliant with one or more of our Developer Program Policies. See below for more information about your app’s status and how to correct the issue.

About the Device and Network Abuse policy and sections 4.8 and 4.9 of the Developer Distribution Agreement​
We don’t allow apps that interfere with, disrupt, damage, or access in an unauthorized manner the user’s device, other devices or computers, servers, networks, application programming interfaces (APIs), or services, including but not limited to other apps on the device, any Google service, or an authorized carrier’s network.

App status: Suspended

Your app has been suspended and removed due to this policy issue."

They literally suspended my app because of a hyperlink. Within my app I linked to a legit website and it says "you can find more information here".

Google sent me a screenshot of the hyperlink within this email and named it as the reason. Wtf? And I am wondering how does this violate the above policy? It is not disruptive (the link was somewhere below), it is not damaging (just a website with text) and it is not unauthorized (users can press on the link if they want to).

Of course, I sent an appeal. But as you and I know, they do whatever they want. They don't reget anything. Of course, I will publish their answers (if I get any) on here.

Everyone of you guys should know what a bunch of reckless bastards they are. My app just started to rank and then they remove it for an absolute JOKE of a reason...because of a hyperlink...and it doesn't violate the policy. They just come up with this stuff for whatever reason.
 
Super weird and makes me kinda nervous as a new app dev. to be honest.

Yes. Also, there was no advertising, service, donations or anything related to money on the website. It was just a text full of informations...and the text itself didn't really have outgoing links.

Are you sure the text isn't plagiarized or if the images aren't copyrighted in the website. Does your website contain grey stuff like gambling, pharma info etc. Is it even your website?

There's no way Google bans apps for outlinking, there's something fishy about the website you're talking about. Are you sure the website wasn't flagged by Google before, is the domain healthy, I mean did you register it or did you buy it from someone.

There is nothing wrong with the domain, niche or the content. Really. It is whitehat.

I sent an appeal and asked if the reviewer could specify what exactly is the problem because I don't see how I violated the policies. It is really what it is: They are doing whatever they want...and it seems there is no one who controls them. Like my appeal, they will never remove the suspension even tho it wasn't against their policy. I really believe who ever runs the Play Store or the reviewing team is crooked to its core.

For every account they delete, I will make two more. For every app they are taking down, I will upload two more (just reskin the suspended one). Since my Admob account is limited for at least a month (I guess even much longer) I will use FAN (Facebook Audience Network) and Appodeal.

At the moment I have 4 Developer accounts. The one with the suspended app I posted yesterday, two older account and one I made yesterday.

Maybe Google knows you're creating multiple accounts and that's why they're banning you? Just my guess

They would just ban all the accounts then. Now they ban single apps for nonsense reasons.

Just quit Android apps altogether, focus on IOS apps and only migrate big players to android with a new Dev account on a new device.
 
Update:

I just saw Google removed the limit on my old Admob account. I didn't send any traffic on it since more than a month. Therefore I added this Admob account to Appodeal. Lets see how it performs....and whether the limit will appear again or not. On some forums, I saw the limit disappears after 2-3 weeks when not using Admob (deleting all the ad units) but it will appear again once you send traffic again. So lets see if its going to happen.

Also, I started using Unity ads. It was incredibly easy to set up Unity ads. I also added it to Appodeal.

So right I have 3 ad networks I am using. FAN, Unity ads and Google Admob. With Admob I earn the most money by far. The fill rate of Facebook is really low (around 70%) so I would have lose some money there.

Today I will upload two more apps to one of my older Play Store accounts. One will have Appodeal integrated and the other one will use FAN. I will also upload another iOS app with Appodeal integrated later.
