Hey,
I'm going to launch one site first, then a second and finally a third on three completely different niches.
To keep things simple, I'm going to build a website using simple HTML & CSS (and javascript if necessary on the page) in the old-fashioned way.
You're probably going to ask me why?
- To have a site that's fast for Google and for the user, because in my niche most of my competitors have slow websites, and some REALLY SLOW ones.
- To be able to optimize my ON-SITE the way I want, no need to pay / use third-party plugins.
- It's a funny experience
How ?
- I'm a web developer and I've made a little tool that lets me convert markdown pages / other formats into html & css vanilla ( AND WITHOUT ANY JAVASCRIPT if there's no need in the page. )
Niche:
No info on the niche, it's quite small, the competition is medium, one or two "real" competitors, one of which is quite big in authority.
Content:
The first articles will be 100% written by me (no AI).
( I already have 5 articles ready ).
The next ones will surely be a mix of AI and human.
Monetization:
Once my articles are rank not too bad, I'll put either affiliation or ads, to be honest I don't really know yet, the goal is first to get traffic.

I'm currently finishing the basics for the site to be published, I should normally publish it in the next few days.
