    Hello BHW friends,
as of today Friday,June 28,2013 I will be starting my journey to create a website which will have user forums, product reviews, any news on the niche. I'll be targeting the local audience for my niche, there's about 250k monthly searches on google for it. When I build the website to a point I think it can be big, I'll create a facebook page, a youtube video which will promote my website.
I'll try to get into amazon affiliate programme and adsense aswell.
I'll be updating my journey 2-3 times a week.

To build my website I'm thinking of using Wordpress for the reviews, news.
What should I use for the forums?
Could you recommend me some wordpress plugins aswell?

Day 2: Parked the domain to my hosting service, had to wait a day until I could do anything.
Day 3: Installed wordpress, wrote my first article, created a logo of some sorts.
I have Whoswho theme installed currently, and when you press on my logo it brings me to home, that's what I want, but there's this additional "home" button which is lower-case and looks really bad, it's located under the logo. Is there a way to remove that? Anyone had a similar problem with that? I've searched google, but it didn't seem to help me. I'll try again tomorrow as I'm going to sleep now.

Good luck on your journey, SEO takes a lot of patience compared to other methods. The best plugin recommendation I have is Yoast SEO, very helpful tool to help you optimize your onpage SEO.

Day 13: I got accepted with adsense, I have 5 articles now which are high to medium quality. Got my first 0.10 euro from my ad.
My friend created a logo for me aswell. All I have to do is build a base of visitors to my website. I will be using facebook, google plus, twitter. I'm doing some SEO as well. When I achieve about 500 UV I will try to get into amazon affiliate programme. I will be probably hiring some of my native language speakers to write some articles for the website.
