update:
so its has been a week sence i got accepted by adsence blow you will find a sceenshot.
as you can see the rpm is very low (0.2-0.3max) , propellerads give me better rpm in just 2 day(second day rpm 0.4).
what do you think i shold do, wait for adsence to get better or what??

Test ezoic and monumetric too. In ezoic you can also link adsense and have both at the same time.

- i just contacted a person that has a similar website to me, and he has been kind enough to share with me his rpm here is his response : "my website has an RPM of 1.23 today. In my opinion, you should optimize your time on site to improve RPM."
so i think i will give adsence more time hope the rpm go up.

Since you have Adsense, its easier to get accepted to Ezoic. Then link your Adsense to Ezoic by Mediation. Ad networks that are set up in mediation, like Adsense) will compete with Ezoic’s own ad partners for the advertising inventory on your website. This guarantees high paying ads.
