[Journey] $300k valuation

Hi guys!


I apologize if my English is shit. It's not my native language.


I want to start this journey on getting my current site to a $300k valuation.


Currently, I have a site that makes $200 per month with Ezoic. Though I'm sure this will increase to around $300 per month once I activate premiums and I reach level 2.


My goal is to get it to $8,571 (x35 valuation).


My plan:


My site is currently getting 158 pageviews per article without any backlinks. Just pure content.


I know for a fact that I can increase my pageviews per article with links because my competitor is getting around 700 pageviews per article.


The only difference between us is backlinks. I can honestly say that my content is better than his. My competitor is just employing a bunch of link building tactics like 301 redirects, expired domains, guest posts, niche edits, etc.


So my main goal for now is to acquire as many backlinks as I can without dropping my content production.


I'm already doing HARO and I plan to buy niche edits and guest post later this month. I also want to dabble on some PNB's (as soon as @splishsplash accepts me. Come on bro, let me in ).


Currenly I got 20 links from HARO. Some of them are just accepted, but the article is not yet live. I'm hoping once those are live, it will give me a nice traffic boost.


I will update this thread weekly (or monthly if I'm busy) about my progress.


I'm hoping to use this as an accountability partner and to get insights from some of the legends in this forum.

For now its on ezoic. But I plan to move to mediavine and adthrive once I reach their requirement. I would also do some amazon affiliates after learning what works these days. I don't really want to reveal to much of my niche but its outdoors.

I'm nearing 300 articles!

End of the month update​

Work completed this month:​

• Improved ALL of my content.
• Answered 26 haro queries
• Completely rewritten 5 content

My main goal this month is to make past content as close to perfect as I can before my next content push. I updated ALL my content and improved it as much as I can. I also rewritten 5 content that's not ranking on google. To my surprise, 3 of the articles started ranking on top 10.

Link stats:​

As for links, I have 26 now in total. I have one more guest post coming this week after I finish writing it. It seems that my main bottle neck is link building. Outreaching takes too much time. Link providers on the other hand seems to be selling the same pool of sites. I tried buying from nichewebsite builders but they too have the same website pool they're just disguising it as genuine outreach. I'm about to try a few sellers here to see if they have quality links. If not, I guess I'm stuck doing manual outreach.

Goals this month:​

I'm going to do a HUGE content push this month to force my site to 50k traffic and join mediavine. I'm probably not going to answer too many haro queries or do any link building this month and just focus on my next content push.
