this is why I made the thread - want people to follow so I feel pushed to run it up & to hold myself accountable. doing alright with client work & other stuff so don't have much urgency for this side project, but even if I turn this into a $5-10k/mo hustle, then I will be happy.

made the goal $1000/day though because why not?

I was in the very similar position, I started trying to make semi passive income with "mass mailing", instead of CPA I did SaaS affiliates, and chose to promote SaaS like Jasper.ai, but it seems like they hate the way we get traffic, even with a landing page as a buffer, they still terminated my affiliate account.

I figured I do not want to promote something, and get cut off when they keep the referrals, so I changed to promote my own services/products/dropservices with "mass mailing" instead.

The other thing difference is, the "mass mailing" part, I too have a huge B2B email database, but I figured the cost to send that massive emails, and have to deal with the inboxing issues, IP rotation, domain rotation, email warmup, I chose something which I believe is a simpler alternative, which is mail with contact form.

With more than 10 millions URL list with contact form, I can now send out millions of mail weekly without having to deal with inboxing issues, the only disadvantage with this is of course I will never be able to market to sites with a strong recaptcha (I'm aware of recaptcha breaking, it's just too slow for millions of sites), or sites straight up that doesn't use contact form.

I'm planning to also add mass mailing like you did but then I have 2 choices here, built my own SMTP server, or buy bunch of burner Gmail account, which I'm going to try next.

initial tests are looking good, lets see what happens when we're sending 10,000+ a day (see pic)

does anyone have any good suggestions for email sending softwares that are affiliate-marketing friendly?

I use Klaviyo for eCom clients but that wont work best for this.

basically, what I'll be doing is sending blackhat leads -> a whitehat email capture/lead magnet page (then send all the now whitehat leads from this legitimate email software)

need a legit email software like Aweber or GetResponse that won't be picky about where traffic is coming from

The final boss to overcome and start this journey is getting high-quality email lists.

Got some decent ones but are a bit aged and will use them for testing - but if anyone sees this who has the plug for quality lists, let me know!

I FINALLY found the list I was working for

Men's health, centered around ONE specific/urgent problem, and it's 4M+ in size. ALL BUYERS.

My guy is preparing the domains to start doing test sends

Got on a call w/ someone in my network and secured what I think is an amazing affiliate deal - $500/customer - all I have to do is get as many leads as I can to sign up for a free consultation with them, and they do the rest.

In the meantime...

All focus is on blasting emails to the blackhat list -> get them to re-opt in to a lead capture page with a lead magnet/quiz/etc (will test).

Will keep this thread updated as I go (whenever I remember to)

Tested 120k of the emails on the list with a list cleaner software (to check for invalid emails/bounces/etc) - we are only going to use emails that are verified as "GOOD"

RESULTS - 50,309/120,000 are GOOD (42%)

Before I buy the rest of the list (this is a sample given to me by the seller to test) I will see what I can do with these 50k valid emails.

GOAL - $10k by end of July

(if you missed last post - I am partnered with TRT clinic that is giving me $500/customer that signs up for monthly subscription)

Can I convert 20 people to subscribe by July 31? I think so

May be a stretch to think it will be that easy but I think that's the mindset you need

(SIDE NOTE: I always recommend avoiding places like Reddit/Facebook groups - people are salty and will tell you how "hard" things are - when I first joined copywriting FB group, someone was preaching that a 6-figure income is not realistic unless you have 10+ years experience... it took me 7 months to reach that . And I have friends making $100k/mo+ at 22 years old with copywriting agencies... DON'T LISTEN TO PEOPLE ONLINE - ALWAYS BE NAIVELY UNREALISTIC!! That's why I believe I can make $1000/day with this blackhat email venture... and I will show everyone here that it can be done.)

I also got accepted to like 7 different affiliate networks as well, with free trial supplement offers that I think will crush. So it won't be just the main offer.

I posted an update on Wednesday, we cleaned part of the list + I'm now waiting for my logistics guy to let me know when we can start sending

I'm still playing with different ideas of how to get them to re-opt in

- ebook
- survey for a chance to win
- "free bottle" (a free + shipping offer I may promote from aff network)
