Hello friends my name is Hernan Gordillo I'm from Venezuela, a third world country, I've been trying to do this for 3 years but I'm too lazy to be procrastinating.

I'm working in an ice cream shop and they pay me $60 a month, and I'm tired that I have all the basics to start a business model but I always wondered why I didn't start or how the model would end.

And I understood that that was what was holding me back, I was thinking too much and not starting, or maybe I was... the case I decided to write this and set this as my goal.

Create my own marketing agency without money, just with the mentality that I will be the specialist of different people who have a specific pain, in this case I will offer the service of Local SEO.

What am I sure?

I am sure, and I will give them the best service, whether I am the first or the last client.

Here I made some steps that I will do starting TODAY 03/16/2022

Day 1

• Finish logo
• Choose Niche - In this case, I like Dentists as they are more likely to see emails.

Day 2

• Research the world of the niche (What they spend, how much they earn, so I can price my service).
• Create two outreach mailings, one for mass mailings and one for targeted mailings.

Day 3

• Get emails from prospective clients on Instagram and some from LinkedIn (I will use an email scraper to try to automate).

Day 4

• Send Bulk Emails (A good part of it will be using bulk email sites with their free credits)

By the way, I will add a button to a Calendar so they can take action on the live call at once.

Day 5

• Send personalized emails (More time consuming but maybe even more effective)

Day 6

• Wait for the responses from these mailings, and if so, inquire with the prospect before the call, to have a basis. Possibly I will send 10 daily personalized mailings and 50 daily mass mailings.

Day 7

• Depending on the response of the emails, I should agree with my first prospect and if I close the call with a sale, it is my first customer.

My suggestion is that you need a case study first. Iv only worked with freelancers that have some sort of rep or have shown me that they can get good results. Difficult I know, and working for free sucks, but for local SEO you can really mess things up if you don't know what you are doing. I used to be a video creator and had to do tons of freebies before I really knew what I was doing and charged for it.
