    This is not going to be your usual journal. This is more about achieving holistic balance of both body and career. I've come to the realization that I truly want to change my life. From losing weight and quitting smoking to achieving financial independence, these are my goals.


    I found BHW a few months after a natural disaster all but destroyed my life.


    This is the tornado that hit my Tuscaloosa on April 27, 2011. It destroyed everything in my neighborhood. By far, the most terrifying day in my life.

    Since then, I have learned how to make money online through SEO. I've had a fair amount of success earning income from websites, but I've never truly been able to focus all of my efforts on this task for very long.Between periodic financial crises to dealing with PTSD related to the tornado I have always had a difficult time sustaining any initiatives.


    That's where I hope this thread will come in handy. In addition to improving my overall health, I will be feverishly working on ranking websites and generating income. I feel like this is a good topic for a journey because I know that many of the people that find this website are in the same position that I am.They're in desperate need of money, and and want to change their lives for the better. I intend to show that it is possible.


    To show how serious I am about this, I will no longer be living in an apartment of my own. The money I'll save from for going this expense can go a long way towards domains,hosting, tools and content. Instead, I will be living in an office that a friend of mine has allowed me to use.


    Also, I have a job that will provide me with a somewhat steady income. I will be waiting tables at a local restaurant and whenever I am not working at the restaurant, I'll being the office working on my websites.




    What I have available to me.
    Nicotine patches.
    Gym membership.
    Ultimate niche Finder.
    Scrape box.

    What I've done up to now.
    Perform keyword research and identified several hundred keywords I will be targeting.
    Started writing content.

    What I plan to do next.

    In the past I've generally used ultimate demon for arranging my websites. However, I've played around with GSA using the five day demo, and I was pretty impressed with it.Plus, the fact that it is a one-time fee is extremely appealing tome. Additionally, I would like to pair CaptchaSniper with it. This combination of tools is perfect for my strategy. I generally target tremendous numbers of long tail keywords rather than focusing on anyone ranking. I know this is not how most people do it, but I found it to be an effective strategy for me and it can be scaled rather nicely.


    Hopefully, I will be able to purchase these two devices sometime next week as I'm going to be working a lot of shifts at the restaurant. Unfortunately, I have a few bills that are due. Otherwise I would be able to go ahead and buy these two items So until then I'm going to be working on writing content for my websites. Using this approach, I found it is essential to have tons of content.

    Health wise. Tonight I am going to the grocery store to purchase some healthy foods to eat. I have been relying on fast food way too much. Plus, its another expense I can redirect to IM. Tomorrow I will be using the nicotine patches to help ease the cravings for a cig. Plus, I am going to get up early and go to the gym.

    Now, this is totally my thing :D You may also want to add Mentality! Also, just don't say that, "I want to get up early!". Instead, target a certain time to wake up. Take advantage of your alarm clock or smartphone for that! Keep it further from your bed, so that you can't just turn it off and sleep again. Instead, you have to walk towards it to turn it off.

    So, you want GSA or Ultimate Demon? :)

    Don't forget Protein Shake. You can get plenty of good ones in the BodyBuilding.com store. Protein does magic for me!

    I am really sorry at your lose. Hopefully, everything will turn out good for you. Just a little determination and you are good :)

    Thats great advice! Such a simple idea with the alarm clock, but still seems like it will help to do the trick! Thanks! I am going to try to start getting up at 6AM. That way I will be able to get some things done before I head into work.

    Like Benjamin Franklin said, "Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise."

    Yup, I will probably end up getting both. I have a lot of experience with UD and I know what it can do, but if I combine GSA with UD, I should be able to cover a good amount of ground. Plus, with the types of keywords I target these two should be more than a enough to get the job done.

    Update.


    So far I would say that my first day has been a pretty good success so far. I didn't get up as early as I wanted to, but I've still managed to get quite a bit done. I've written six articles for my first website, and I have not spent any money today. I'm about to go to the gym and then make a nice salad and have a cup of soup before I head into work for tonight.


    Unfortunately, I work so much this weekend that I'm not sure how much more I'll be able to get done on the website. But with any luck, I will get a fair amount of tables and make some pretty good money.

    Ahh great journey you have here:) I should start going to the gym again too, used to go 5-6 times a week but haven't done any sports for 6+ months since I got out of military service.. Should propably quit smoking too, but don't really have any motivation to try.

    Good luck with achieving your goals, it feels pretty damn good once you see some results at the gym :)
