im sorry to say your trying to promote adult the same way you promote mainstream products and it just won't work,. People who look for adult stuff on twitter want free stuff. They won't even bother entering their email for it as thats too much work. They will just close the page and go back and click another link thats in twitter (not yours).
Its much hader getting any content lockers or email submits done even though you have larger traffic.
From my experience twitter can pay if you focus on quanitity. I work on the assumption that I will make 1c per tweet. So If I send out 10 tweets I will make 10c hopefully. In the course of a day if you send out 100 tweets you have made $1 and 1000 tweets = $10.
Looking at what you put out there. If you had 70 tweets stick and you made 0.81c I am assuming you actually sent out a lot more then 70 tweets though. Maybe over 100 ? So you are not even making the 1c per tweet.
