Sorry for the double post, but I have a couple comments/questions about Onlywire.

First, about the plugin for Onlywire.. there seems to be an official plugin by OnlyWire Engineering. However, the rating is quite a bit lower. Would you recommend us use that one instead? The name is "OnlyWire for WordPress [OFFICIAL]"

Second, I noticed that Onlywire only allows 300 free submits per month. One submit apparently counts as a submission to one service, such as a Twitter post. This seems like we'd use up our free credits very quickly. I was wondering if I could get some clarification on this, as I might have interpreted it wrongly.

In terms of TwitItAway, Twitter have basically told me that they will not re-enable it as it. When I get a moment I am going rewrite some of the code so that you can run your own giveaway as your own application on your account. This will allow it to stay under the radar a bit better.

Onlywire, no. Their plugin just adds a share box to your post. The plugin I meantioned will automatically publish your post when you click publish in the admin panel so instant backlinks/traffic.

Yes, you only get 300 free submits a month, thats 1 submit to 1 site. So if you submit to all the supported sites you only get enough credits for 10 posts. However once you have a reasonable amount of content on your site there is no need to update it everyday... If you post every 3 days you will be giving fresh content, not be going crazy, and have enough credits :D

Method : 1
Go to widget menu and drag and drop the ?cool-fade-popup? widget to your sidebar location.
To configure the plug-in go to : Administration (Dashboard) → Settings → cool fade popup
This method will create the popup on all the pages (In the above link option available to configure this)
Method : 2
Add the give short code in page/post to open the pop-up into that particular page/post.
Short code : [PopUpFad=popup.html]
In the above short code ?popup.html? is the name of the html file which you want to display in the popup.

On a sidenote, do you think its safe to add adsense in the pop up box? That could increase my adsense income two fold.
 
nope using popups etc is against adsense TOS

Congrats to that person. I am only getting money via adsense and only pennies a day. I really need to step up on the traffic.

Also, do the stats on amazon reflect the stats from StatpressV or Adsense impressions?
 
HOLY CRAP on the OnlyWire website! I went to the Services section and I was blown away by all of them.

Now just to be clear, we would have to sign up to every service (assuming we want to use them all) and create login and passwords for them right? Noob question I know but just making sure.

Then of course socializing on those networks would definitely help too... again, HOLY CRAP! haha. Thanks Crashed!

I assume so too, that is what I had done.

I have to get back on to my website. I had cracked in to the top 10 for my keywords but then I had a delay where I didnt write any articles for about 2 weeks and have slipped back out. Oh well, just got to utilise that social traffic and keep updating an article regularly too.
 
Same here. It's been tough to write articles on a consistent basis. I'm ranking for some of my pages also so just gotta dig my heels in.

Hey man just went through all seventeen days just to see what you were all about and I have to say this is a damn nice blueprint.

Also I COMPLETELY FORGOT about setting up a privacy page. Just went an set it up on all my blogs. It's amazing how I never forget to do this on a website but on blogs it is something that I just skipped.

However in my theme i don't have the option to not display the page.

Are you sure this plugin itself violates the Adsense TOS? It's not really a popup in that sense - a new window isn't created. It's just a little message box that appears on the page.

Will ask on the Adsense forum about this.

Still awaiting an answer. Will get back to you when I do get some confirmation, but I don't think it violates the TOS at all.

In fact, I skimmed the TOS a bit and the only thing to do with popups (though I might have missed some) seems to be that you are not allowed to put Adsense in a popup window.

i would bet my ass it is against their ToS, they are strict like that, anything sticking out that is not natural which is what that would be if you stuck adsense in it will get you in bother

I post articles almost every day and I'm planning to make this an authority site. However I just earn like $1.5 a day from Adsense, I also put some advertising of CPA but none of it converts. By the way, the Statspress and Google Analytics gave totally different figures. On Statspress I get around 250 visitors a day and Analytics said only around 100?
