- Static home page with a blog page OR having the blog on the main page?
- Excerpt of the article in the blog feed OR displaying the full article?

I am just interested to know how most of you have configured it and opinions on which way looks and works best.

I have a static homepage and excerpts in my blog page.
 
I have another quick question that may seem really noobish.

If I set a maxbounty affiliate link or any other affiliate link to "no-follow", will I still receive $$ if somebody clicks the link and does whatever action is required?

If i'm not wrong for question number 2, crashed has mentioned this in day 0 or 1 (sorry i forgot) you should set article in a feed with summary, so others can't stole your article

I do not use static homepages as it limits the new content google finds. If you post to homepage google sees it updated on each crawl so it helps you.
 
I had find solution for my problem to get accepted by maxbounty, a while ago i have read previous page, to get accepted by maxbounty i have to talk to Val.

Is there anyone hare can told me, how to get Val contact? I just can't wait to finish day 10, because i can't lose more of day for this challenge, I want to catch the current day of the challenge.

Please anyone help me... :(
 
valmaxbounty is her AIM. You can instant message her and she will call you on the phone to verify. She will not be available till Monday though

Hey everyone, been away for a week but managed to catch all of the webinar from crashed :D so glad i did, there was some good websites shown, although most of them didnt have the correct ads. Mine is also the same so i'm gonna spend some time on it now.

Does anyone know the answer about nofollow links and affiliates? Does it affect it at all, or is nofollow simply for the search engine spiders?
 
Does it matter what type of domain(info,net,org,com) I get?I know crashed used a .info but since I have the $ to get a .com does it make a difference?
 
Crashed or anyone with Amazon Experience I have a small question.

1) I am doing this challenge on two websites. One is US based and other is UK based. Today I made my amazaon uk account for the sports site. And I searched some books for my niche. I copied the ASIN number and searched it on WP-Amazon plugin but I did not find some books.

But when I searched them on Amazon.com I got some other ASIN codes and when I searched these ASIN codes I found them on the plugin.

Now I am wondering what to do? My target audience is UK and I am getting the books on Amazon.com ($ payment option) should I keep the ones I found on amazon.uk and use amazon.com for the ones which the plugin cannot find?

Also crashed used "Override Locale in Amazon" as Uk in his plugin. Can you/someone explain me what is this?

For starters press the thanks button on the first post of this thread. Its on the righ hand side of the box.

Second use the search button or read the 1100 reply or go to crashedchallenge.info to get any information you might be looking for.

Remember that many people are following this challenge. So it is unlikely that you will have some new issues than others. Just read and you will find the answers.

Just imagine someone new joining a month later. This post already has 1100 replies and by saying thanks you are increasing the count. Better you should ask something new or just read the thread and work on it. Hope everything is cleared now :)
