[Journal/Method/spoonfeed] The 'Crashed Challenge' 30 Days to Money...

If I have the html I can do it but what do you do if you only have the banner as an image. I have this problem with clickbank vendors who do not provide the html code for the banners. Is there a way to get the html from the banner itself? confused about this

When you're on the offer page, scroll down to the bottom - under "Select creative type" choose banners. Then find the banner you want and click on "get tracking code" to the right of the banner. A window will pop up with the code for the banner and the link with your affiliate info in it :)
 
With clickbank it is slightly different, I will cover it in detail tommorow. However basically what you need to do is use the following code and modify it to fit

Got accepted into Maxbounty, had a call from Val within ten minutes of signing up :) and have signed up to all the other affiliates you suggested.

Just checked my stats for my site which is 5 days old now, ive had 48 visitors today with 250 spiders and 98 page views, is this normal?? ive had 40+ visitors each day for the last 3 days also
 
40+ visitors is good :D Over the next couple of weeks we should be able to majorly increase that number!

Day 9 Bonus: Really Social...

Well I feel like celebrating, so am going to introduce you to a tool I only discovered yesterday completely by accident... This is a bonus update as it is completely optional for you to do as I've not had much chance to play with it yet however if it works as well as it claims then it will be very good to use.

This site basically is a link swap for social networks, so you post other peoples links on your accounts, and other people post your links on their accounts.

  1. Goto http://rfurl.net/sadr
  2. Scroll down and click get started with SocialADR now, enter your name and email and click Next.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the next two pages and click No thanks, Free for now!
  4. Enter your details, click create account. Go and confirm your email.
  5. Log in, it'll take you through a wizard to set up your account and get started! Just follow the wizard...

Let me know how you find it, and I'll update my own results with it in a few days...

Now I am taking a nap :D
 
I have signup on maxbounty. Wonder how you all got accepted so quickly.
It has been 1 day and I did not receive any email or such confirmation.
oh ya, when I sign up, it said that my email was on their database, and ask to use another email. should I get a new email? or just email Val? :)

There are some people that have been denied either because of previous fraud, they tried lying on the app or because they tried to use a blogger blog to signup instead of their own domain.

If you are doing the challenge do it properly :)
 
In my email from maxbounty, I did not see any mention of my affiliate or his contact. Am I missing something ?

yes. several months ago I have sign up using a blogger blog. :)
That's when I don't know about domain etc.

But now I have buy some domains, and I am trying to sign up using my own domain. but I use gmail email address. Should I get my own domain email?
Did you have any idea Crashed?

how much longer till day 10? Im quite excited because I don't know how to use simple ads but I want to put a banner ad on the right hand or left hand side of my site. I've got the perfect offer!

It should be from your affiliate manager, so check the email address it is from. It is the weekend now so applications may be delayed till monday.

gmail email is ok, email val and explain what happened previously and that you have your own domain and show her that it is decent content. If you don't hear anything by Tuesday PM me the email you used to sign up and I'll have a word...

Day 10 is in the works, I got distracted by a new list of keywords and ended up buying myself another 50 domains to develop over the next week :D Then found a lush offer which I can't wait to start promoting as its totally unique and exclusive (only a few ppl including me have been approved to promote it!)... Going back to writting day 10 now! I am trying to work out how to do it without causing information over load so may actually break it down over two days...
 
Its from affiliates at m**b*****.com . I guess its an automated message since its week end. I ll have to wait till Monday I think. :|

Crashed, just wondering, you can work out 50 domains in a week using this method? Or do you use other methods to build sites quickly?

I have people working for me to do it all for me... I rarely do much more than look at niches, work out the article titles, and then go into my ad manager and assign whatever campaigns I think would work best with that site.

Thats the reason I can afford the time involved with running something like this. I spend at least 6 hours a day doing this. Yesterday I answered 121 emails, spoke to maybe 30 people on skype, answered maybe another 20 PM's, some of which were long. Answered questions on the blog, couple of questions from youtube...

Now today so far I have spent 2 hours on Day 10, and have barely even got started!

excellent stuff here. quick question: do you primarily hang onto your sites for the long-term or develop them and then flip them?

if you flip them, what benchmarks do you try to achieve before flipping them (age of site, # of posts, amount of traffic, monthly income, etc)?

I hang on to them, whats the point in flipping (unless I am looking for extra holiday spending money). After the initial stage I will generally slow it down so that only 1 - 2 new articles are posted each week. It costs me maybe $6/week to maintain each site, if it's earning my more than that its awsome... If not then I retire it and use the content elsewhere.

Thats my problem, I can say do x,y,z however I am trying to work out how to explain it so you understand why you need to x,y,z... :D

so when you buy 50 domains at once how do you name them all? are they in the same niche? do all domains go live at the same time or spread out over some period of time? if you have the time to answer this stuff that is great if not I understand.

I subscribe to ExtraWinners KeywordKick service... So i get a list of keywords to work from everyweek... In addition to any nice offers my Affiliate Managers point out to me may also get some domains... The niches are random, and in this bundle of 50 I have probably covered maybe 30 different niches.

They are all ordered in bulk, with nameservers set. However the cpanel is only created when the domain is going live which is usually when one staff members gets to it and starts creating the site. This means that google will only start indexing when it has something to index, so until this is done they just there dormant.
