Hi guys thank you for all the positive words of encouragement here in the thread and via PM.
Here is update
Quick stats:
Bought 3 solid sites with adsense earnings.
Contacted 1 former website client for SEO services
So far I have bought three sites.
It actually didn't take me that long to find them at all.
most of time was spent make sure all stats are true.
two of them actually came from this forum
and very fast and easy sales...absoutely no problems at all.
the other one came from namepros.com a forum for domain related stuff.
I just contacted people who seem to have nice sites to see if i can buy it.
So at this point I have 3 solid properties that I can sell to my list.
Here is how I plan to market to them.
They were all in the $500-$1000 range.
Here is how I plan to add value to the sites and sell them for a premium
1st. I'll be making a video of me loggin and in and showing all the stats
earnings. Google Analtyics. Basically getting their trust to show them
everyhting is legimate. I will create a salespage for each one
highlighting the best parts of them and explaing them why it's
a great site to buy and why they should act now.
I also got intouch with a guy who I built a small website a long time ago
to see how his business was going. Found out he was actually looking for some SEO
so I have a call scheduled with him tmw.
The plan is I will close the deal with him tmw or maybe the next day and use
the money he pays me purchase some more sites.
I think doing the videos will really help to build trust
and ease the skpeticism that most website buyers may have.
I'm also hoping that once I find a buyer who is intersted
there is a good chance that he will buy more then 1. So two birds
with one stone...possibly
On the health front. I skipped the gym because I was on a roll today...but tmw I will hit it
because I need to keep my energy up.
So that's the current plan.
Oh also a very cool BHW member from here contacted me and showed me some of his awesome viral apps
that he used to make CPA money.
So I'm thinking of doing a W-S-O using one of them.
it's 1:00 a.m. and i'm totally fried...
back at it tomorrow to continue the hustle.
