Looking for some advice on a new journey Im seriously thinking about venturing into. I found 4 niche sites being sold by same owner on Flippa, they are all based around holiday and event gifts and favors. I would like some professional advice on purchasing and what I should expect

When buying a website from a previous owner what is the process of transfering the website to the new owner and how difficult is the process?

It's simple process, you only need to transfer the domain to your register and transfer database+site's files on your hosting.

So, do you have experience in the eCommerce world? I do not want to imagine that you're just another kid who "invest" his money.
Check the popularity of the sites before buy them and see what's the ranking for keywords.

I think you've to know something about Seo and marketig to start this kind of activity and be successful
