I keep hearing is badwith joomla security .. Is this true? What is the best version of Joomla? I have a few sites rival and I know when I have something exploitable in place, they would empty me, so I know that needa security risks with joomla...

i think you are right the latest version is inbuilt nice and strong technology to secure everything.
