Joomla help needed with SEO

Guys,

I searched all over the net to find which one is best in SEO. joomla vs wordpress.

Well obviously, I found that wordpress is better. But I like joomla very much and I never worked in wordpress before.

So, any tips to improve my serps of joomla site is welcome. I dont know why wordpress is better.

from my view, SEO is not depend on joomla or wordpress, it's depend on you, just chose the one you like.

Ive had some good results with joomla, never tried it with wordpress though. Ive heared that google loves wordpress, but the point is that I dont love it : ))

Joomla has some downsides about SEO. if you are beginner in this, google Joomla Little SEO Book, it is about 30 pages pdf and gives all the basic info that a beginner needs.

Basically, it seems like it is exactly the way as MainGuy told you. Just make sure you did your best with ON-Site SEO and after that putt all the efforts on building backlinks, nowadas it seems to be the one of the most important.

just switch to OSCOMMERCE, there are many seo contributions for OSC already written
