jokerLA - Scammer(?)

First of all, I must say that I'd never thought it would be necessary to create a thread of this kind, but since I cannot get through jokerLA it must be done this way.

Some weeks ago, jokerLA was selling Activated Adwords Accounts, so I went and bought one, paid via MB. The account worked great and jokerLA provided a proper assistance.

Me being glad with his service I bought another 2 accounts from him, for a total of $24 paid by MoneyBookers (it's $24, it could be $5, $10 or $100, it's principal that's inherent to it) However, this time the accounts did not work, neither of both. I reported the situation to jokerLA and he confirmed it. He told me to wait 2 days to see if the problems persisted, and if they did, he would refund me or get 2 new accounts.

I waited, has he requested, but the accounts did not work, so I contacted him back. And since then he hasn't answered me, refunded or provided new accounts. This has been going for over a week now.

I see him online most of the time (in a matter of fact he's only right now) and posting, however he does not have the decency of geting back to me.

Since I've tried to contact him a few times over the last one, two weeks with no answers, this leaves me with no other opinion but: jokerLA is a scammer.

Yeah, that's some bullshit...

People should always back-up their sales...

There's people out there that would crack your skull for selling them bullshit....

not really.. he paid me moneybookers and im a US resident.. so moneybookers has a new rule that dont allow US to send money.

so we are trying to find another solution.

He says that he cannot send money via paypal, and that us people can't send money internationally.

I'm still trying to figure out a way to settle this, maybe get another payment processor or so. Or get some job done.

I've worked with JokerLA on several projects so far and all I can say is that the guy is man of his word and an easy person to deal with. He is also very skilled when it comes to BH and I am sure he could help you with something or make you a nice Iframe page to incentivize offers or something along those lines in order to make up for $24.

Bottom line JokerLA is a great person!

the thing is my paypal account got blocked and now moneybookers accounts in USA can't send money, its a new rule they have...
I been using my friend's paypal to receive some money last 2 days so i will ask him to send the $24 via his account if it's ok with you
