After reading the stickies in the forum above mentioned, I meet the reqs of 50+ posts and over 30 days of registration, but I still can not post in there. What is the matter?

As per my understanding you compile the post - submit - wait for Mod or Admin approval - then if all OK the JV OP will go live...

This is it. The thread needs to be approved by a Mod or Admin before going live. But from what I understand from your post, It looks like you're not able to submit the thread. See if there's a checkbox above the submit button that you need to "tick" to agree with the Joint Venture forum rules. Also make sure your thread doesn't have any investments required.

The thing is I can not even click New Thread / Create New Thread Link to start writing a thread at all.
