[Joint Venture] Your emails (non scraped), My Mailer. Big $$$

I have done some mailing in the past and I know how what it takes to keep hitting the inbox. The problem is that it takes a lot of manual work so I am now coding a new mailer that automates everything. I will be done with it in about a week. I am looking to JV with someone who has large amounts of email data. I don't want scraped data. I want to stay CANSPAM compliant. I also have a merchant account and I know the authorize.net API very well so we could make our own offers in addition to promoting CPA offers.

If you have good data let me know and maybe we can work together. Please don't message me if your data isn't can-spam compliant. Also, I don't want to be messing with small amounts of data. I want to do it big.
