So I got this email couple of days ago:

"This notice is to inform you that a joint venture contract has been proposed between you and another ClickBank member. The details of the contract terms are listed below. If you have any questions regarding this action, please contact the other party directly. Once approved, the terms of this contract will be effective immediately for all sales on the listed product. Log in to your ClickBank account and view "My Contracts" to approve or terminate this contract request, visit ...."

So this vendor is willing to give me a 20% commission bump! : )

Ok my questions!:

Should I accept/approve this contract?
Will I be compromised in any way by accepting this..?
Have you guys got an email like this?

As always THANKS for your help guys!

Hey man, I don't think you'll be compromised in any way by accepting this. Last year I created a joint venture with a vendor and I got an email similar to this. However, we both talked about it and discussed in advance, before any contract was made. Do you not have any contact with the vendor who is raising your commissions?

Hey, I'm 100% sure its not a spam I just wasn't sure whether I should approve it or not (Which I will now) He did include his email/Skype as well, and gave me access to the actual product. : )
Here's part of the actual email:
"Hi. My name is ****** and I'm the affiliate manager for ************. I'm sending you this contract today as a thank you for supporting ************* as one of our highly valued affiliates. By making use of this contract we will effectively be boosting your commission per sale to over 80% for our main product and all up-sells. The only thing you need to do to begin receiving this extra bump in commission is approve this contract. The way the 'Affiliate Referral' contract works is that it allows us to pay you a percentage of the profits from our vendor share of each sale, on top of your original 75% commission that is paid out first. In this contract we are offering you a 20% share of our vendor portion of each sale, which will effectively boost your overall commission for each sale that you make to over 80%! .........."

Don't worry this is normal, I give out affiliate bonus contracts for my affiliates who make xxx+ sales/month =)
Once approved you'll have to do nothing but get the extra bonus for each sale, so I advise you to accept it.

Thanks! This is exactly what I was looking for : )

First of all, are you an active Clickbank affiliate? I mean, are you promoting that particular product? If yes, than go for it, because the vendor likes the way you are promoting and wants to give you more comission than other affiliates. If not you never promoted that product or you do not have any affiliation with that product, this seems for me a brand new method to get more affiliates to promote a product. They send you an incentive so you promote it.

Yes I do promote this product, and yes I'm an active CB affiliate, and yes I've made several sales from this product. 20 + sales
