Joining multiple groups

Is there a way where I can join multiple groups? I seem to be having trouble joining a lot of groups each day... I get banned right after I join more than 20 groups a day. Maybe the account I am using is not active? Any tricks/software/bots?

Are you getting banned by Facebook or the groups? Not sure if I understand you here.

If you join a lot of groups in a day, and you're not contrbuting to them then it raises spam flags. Probably that's why you're getting banned by Fb

Brand new Facebook account + Joining a lot of random groups quickly is definitely going to trigger spam alert

Here what you need to do, your acc will be safe
Join few groups and when accepted add few (5-10) people who have many groups. When they add you as a friend, go to their profile and can add 30-40 groups at once. I do this all the time with new and old accounts and never have been banned

you can hire someone who can get targeted country groups link for you. or 200-300 groups adding in Facebook account from targeted country.

Is there any website where I can find groups with USA visitors specific...

As far as I know there is no such sites, you must find them manually.
