I was searching for a solution regarding an issue I currently have with Skrill.
I've seen many skrill post here and people claiming to have solved their issues, so naturally I come here asking for advice/solutions.
To explain, I am from Ecuador. I make money doing binary options in IQoption and withdraw my earnings to my Skrill account (Ecuador account).
I had someone help me make another account under my mothers identity and her account is a European account (Which enables having the skrill card and many other benefits)
The issue I am dealing with is basicly they are asking for a debit / credit card statement but I have NEVER not once uploaded a card into this european account, so I do not understand why they ask for this information..
Regardless I obviously do not have this type of information because as you can tell I am not from a european country. Ive allready edited other types of documents they have previously asked for (utility bill) but I am not sure if a credit debit card statement will work if edited..
Any advice / solutions? I have 3.2k stuck in this account..
