Does somebody know when it is possible to hide that notification from the timeline ? I know it has to be over 1 month.

Really ? I will pay you if you know. This is killing me..........

I don't think it is possible to remove on timeline.

It is. But there is a timeframe. Accounts from 2009 f.x. can remove it, but account from Dec. 2012 can not.

I found this on Ask.com. Not sure if it works though, you can try.

You can hide your join date from the public, but you have to do it twice. Since you've already hidden it once, follow the steps below. IMPORTANT: Your FB account must have a bit of activity in it so that the "Highlights" tab shows up at the top of the page. It won't show up if you just joined or you just have one or two activities.

1. Go to your Timeline and scroll all the way down until you see "Highlights" up top. The bar should look like this: Your Name>Timeline>Year>Highlights
2. Click the down arrow next to "Highlights" and click "All Stories." Wait for the page to load all the stories. Might take a while if you have a lot of activity.
3. Scroll all the way down again ("Born on" is the last entry) and scroll up a bit until you see your join date.
4. Now click the pencil icon and "Hide" the story for the second time.

That's it. If you don't see your join date, check if you have enough activities. Again, the "Highlights" tab must appear. I know it's a pain in the ***, but should work.

It does not work, but thank you for the answer.

Seems to be 3 months. Just putting it out there!

No, what I am saying is that accounts have to be 3 month minimum to be able to hide that "joined Facebook" banner, which was the answer I was trying to find. Thanks anyway, bro.
