I just noticed today the international version of the I was hacked page is now completely gone. The attached photo is what is left of the 'I was hacked' Reporting Form which worked even a few days ago.

It seams the only way to file a grievance is to use the iphone/Android App's "Learn More" feature. Sometimes this asks for a facebook account to login, other times it goes straight to the form...

Is the iphone/android report form broken for anyone? I'm able to enter name, username, email address, but not country. I'll enter country and hit send, and the country will reset to blank and give me an error that it must be filled. Already closed the app, deleted the app, and restarted... hmmm
