Is there possible to apply for an affiliate program without website but only with Facebook page or group,and get accepted ?

amazon affiliate, you can create one before you apply affiliate program. amazon requires you to have 3 sales in 180 days or they will close your acc

Yes, it's possible, actually, you can promote Clickbank and Digitstore24 products which don't need any requirement to promote, some affiliate program will accept you automatically without need any requirement.
