Why do we not see jobs CPA offers getting spammed on Craigslist? Is their something wrong with the traffic? Is jobs traffic poor quality? Is it hard to convert?

because you cant use craigslist traffic for those type of offers

Craigslist has been spammed so much with those types of fake job offers that they usually get reported faster than the speed of light.
