JOBS IN SWITZERLAND

Use Swiss Job Portals to find relevant jobs.
Keep an eye on LinkedIn always. And you also consider applying through recruitment agencies that focus on customer service roles.

Switzerland have remote job culture? Or still in the past?

I lived 7 years in Switzerland, every company works with recruitment agencies nowadays. You're employed by the agency and the company pays the agency. So just get in contact with as many agencies as possible (there hundreds if not thousands). Don't let yourself get ripped off, know how much you're worth and negotiate your salary. Work your ass off for a year and get a direct contract with the company to get out of the agency asap. I worked in the construction business so I don't know how things are in the IT section, but regarding the agencies it will be the same. Saw quite a few customer support jobs 2 years back, although it is not remote. If you're looking for a remote job I really have no idea but I think it's pretty rare.

can you propose some swiss job portals or linkedin agencies to reach ton them?

Never really searched in English, if you google in German and search for something along "temporaer firmen schweiz" "Zeitfirmen schweiz" "Leih agenturen schweiz" you will find tons. Like I said I never googled for jobs in english for Switzerland, either German or french.

Not necessarily there's also jobs where you can get around with English but your chances are highly increased if you speak the local language.
