Told buyer to complete order otherwise i will report him because he was fraud he was not accepting my order he taken back money with the help paypal so seoclerk banned me

same drill got banned from Fiverr for selling Twitter and IG services ex: followers, likes and such, then after ban sent them 2 messages what for? what did i do ? no response... ok checked TOS nothing that's against those services, so got curious, then ran into someone who told me he got banned also for similar services only because there was someone, who was selling the same stuff, but he/she was selling those way before him and got banned for a sort of, a winnings/losing which is kinda akward if you ask me still it happened, so nothing to do against it.
