[job] Push Down negative reviews

Someone posted a bunch of negative reviews online about my company and all these reviews are now on the first page of google serp and it's been there for over a year now.

We have plenty of positive feedback all over internet, but it never shows up in search results.

I need help getting rid of accusations that have been posted by one of our users that we blocked for fraudulent activity. These accusations do not have any real evidence.

I'm ready to spare some bucks (thousands dollars) in exchange for help cleaning it up.
