Job Leads Need Emailer and Offer

I have about 6000 job leads from the last week. Other mailer ended up not panning out for me and looking to at least get some money from my work. I have these sitting in hotmail accounts so please be able to extract, or mail from within.

I am willing to split 50/50 on this. If we make some money and you'd like to keep working together I'd be happy to continue a partnership. I just have no idea how to email, so I need someone to do it for me!
