Has anyone taken this course or have reliable information about its worth? The premise is ranking local niche sites and renting out to local business (nothing new). Any insight is welcome.

I've never done it but there are members on this site who swear by it. From what I've gathered is make sure your research the niche your going into to make sure the leads are with the rent fee. The name of the game is experiment and see what works. Also searched the BMW, there are some really good sticky threads that answer your question.

Broad question! it really depends on the niche you target more comp the more you will need to spend. I rank local and sell the leads works well but its all about finding the correct niche...
