Job Fair Advertising

I am trying to get the word out about my upcoming job fair this weekend. The last one I hosted I had 35 RSVPs and 10 Maybes but had a grand total of 6 show up which was pretty embarrassing. So Im going for round two but need some more ideas on how to get more people to show up. So far ive paid for job postings on CL, posted on Bing zvents, and emailed over 100 people from Indeed.com, but have had very few RSVPs. Can anyone help me out here?

Anyone? Imagined this would be a fairly easy question to answer.

If you are able to get a banner published on Indeed.com then it would be a good idea..
