I'm not expert in jitbit.. but what exactly your problem ?
maybe if using jitbit can't resolve your problem, using other macro recorder like blueeye or autoit is good option.

I am looking for tricks that can run my bot faster. I need to have the fastest bot that's possible in jitbt macro recorder. I'll look to the other programs. Thanks

Don't know if jitbit able to recognition pixel.. but with blueeye macro or autoit..
i change wait time with pixel recognition.. something like if in coordinate have color #fffff doing something...
another aspect can make your bot faster.. just debug, which part make your bot run slower..

You can also do that with jitbit macro tecorder. But how i know what my bot runs slower
