jingling stop working - Red status

Hi! I tried to jingling 4.0. 2 and i have a problem with the operation. Specifically after some time of operation the green status becomes red and shows that there is a problem. Why is this happening and what is the problem;

no idea what the problem is but a much better program to use would be Traffic Twister IVY honestly....
