Jingling Don't Work If i Set "Referer"

Hi Guys I started using Jingling to to boost my traffic, but i have 2 problem:

1)if i use it without setting "referer" Jingling works fine and get visits but after the "blue rectangle" reaches 100% the status of my link turns into red and visits decrease. Why the status of my link turns red? I have a i7cpu with 8GB RAM and my internet connection gets to 100MB!

2)If i set referer instead I don't receive any visit even if the status of my link is "green"...why? how can I fix this?

RED error - your net connection is too slow.

sorry but this is impossible as well as having a speed of 100MB / sec guaranteed, while Jingling is running I can easily watch videos and browse without slowdowns ....
