jetpack stats slowing down

already tried jetpack lite
I want jetpack stats only as even if domain is gone or server gone I can keep stats.google analytics not much informative and reatime

but if I use jetpack stats it slows down site

I use StatCounter.

I could never figure out Google Analytics. Plus they're slow as fking fk!

Jetpack stats are okay I guess, but I prefer StatCounter. It also gives you more details about visitors.

StatCounter is free. I use it for 3 sites (2 wordpress sites and 1 not wordpress, and it's been working fine for me for about a year now).

Shit, get faster hosting, I don't know.

I mean, I doubt that Jetpack stats single-handedly slow your site so much.

Are you sure you don't have all the Jetpack plugin shit enabled? Jetpack offers a lot of stuff, and if you have it all enabled, I guess the slowing down could be considerable.

I don't use Jetpack much though, so don't take my word for it.

which ever fastest hosting I can get,jet pack makes it 50% slow
