Jet another scrapebox problem

After 2 months, ScrapeBox Testing connection gives me 6 green lights. Before 6 red ones. I am tryng to activate my licence but I get "We have not been able to submit your activation request". Suggestions to fix the problem?

I had this issue a while back. Emailed support and they fixed it quickly. You should have emailed them first.
