The best thing that works is mobile devices.
You can go to coffee shops in town and use their wifi or you can get one of those 3g mobile routers that you can connect devices to. Top it up with a sim card and every time your turn it on and off you get a new IP.
They have to accept new reviews otherwise you would just have a stale site with no new reviewers.
The main thing is most their reviewers are probably mobile. once you start getting a load of reviews off desktop pc's all using firefox it might look a bit suspect.

Yelp gives value to negative reviews much. If any fake user post negative and positive reviews. You can see his negative reviews is their, but positive reviews is removed or not displaying.
To do a successful yelp campaign, do below things
1) Connect your facebook profile with your yelp.
2) Post reviews only in a specified city limit i.e if you are posting reviews in bar in Houston, then all reviews from that profile should be posted in Houston area business only.
3) Create a friend base in yelp for each profile.
4) Never make negative and positive reviews in two competitor business from same profile.
5) Make sure all your reviews should look like professional review.
6) Add same facebook profile picture to your yelp account.

I will try all these then get back to the thread!
You don't need to do any of the Facebook stuff, just make sure the profile is completely filled out. Add reviews every few days across a few weeks, and almost everything sticks. Negative reviews always stick, so screwing competitors is unbelievably easy even if the account is brand new.
