jerseys with no brand name

i saw some jerseys sold on numerous websites with no logos or brand names on them and i was wondering if by just having the name of the athlete and the team logo the seller has already ventured into copyright infringement territory ? will the the customs allow something like that to go through ?

This totally depends on your country policy and how strict your country customs act. There are many couriers could handle it if they are good enough
