JCI seems has bug in Yandex cloaking

I have written to the developer long ago, I can't wait for the answer and I ask a question here.

When I create a campaign for cloaking Yandex.Direct, the landing protection code always writes to log "hash mismatch" or "direct hit" and don't show safe page.

Perhaps, I do something not so. I tried to do it many times, but every time the same result. For AdWords everything works perfectly

Maybe setting are different? They didnt respond to your query?

settings are the same. just change type of campaign and generated code in landing and site
