Hello, I posted a thread a few days ago to get this job done correctly and here I am again, I have a responsive zip code form that does not work! Please read the details in their entirety, this is not a hard job for the right person, it's almost complete.


I'm looking for someone that has experience with surehits, I need the zip code form coded correctly to output the correct results.
