Javascript coder tell what a script does

I want a javascript coder that can tell me what a script does because is something like hex and octal code and I dont know what this suposed to do.

The 'hex and octal code' make it seems like the code is encrypted, and it's a pretty annoying task to decrypt it, since all variables and function names were added randomly. If it's only a few lines, shoot it in my PM and I'll check it for free tomorrow. (Only if it's a few lines)
