Java + HTML5 + PHP + MySQL + Ajax

Im interested in generating a webapp that allows me to create lables.
Similar to this: http://www.jamlabelizer.com/

Requirements:

Needs to be able to sign up people so they can save their labels

Needs to be mobile friendly (no flash)

Needs to be live/interactive I would rather the form to be on top of the label so you edit the label live and see the final result live.

Needs to have a barcode generator(optional)

Needs to have different output options:
save to profile
save/download jpg
or purchase the printed label from us

You dont need to build a whole ecommerce system. exporting the label genarator and attaching it to an invoice they pay is good enough we could also discuss this process latter.

Thats all i can think off. Please offer overall project estimate not hourly pay.

P.S.

All that is needed is the back end. The graphic design will be provided.

Is it going to be based for jam labels or something different And

Will users have access to account of something like that to check their orders etc ?
